An Amazing Night

STEM Night 2015 was jammed packed with family fun. Young children were learning side-by-side with parents. Smiles were everywhere and discoveries made in every room. The Science of Suds and Robo Science assemblies by the Connecticut Science Center were a filled with wonder and awe.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The school was abuzz this morning with all the guests coming to celebrate the official ribbon cutting ceremony. Dr. Toper, Mr. Reed-Swale, and Mrs. Leja welcomed all the guest and fourth graders to this celebratory event. I had the chance to give a tour to the architects who helped envision and plan this beautiful school. It is amazing to me how what they all planned on paper and computers turned into this incredible building.
