Today, President Obama announced plans for coding programs nationwide. The “Computer Science for All plan” aims to help every student in America’s public schools learn CS, especially girls and underrepresented students of color. This “CS for All” initiative proposes $4 billion in funding and additional support for training teachers to bring computer science to students. I am excited about the future of coding for our Discovery students!
