The Garden Committee is starting soon and we need teachers, parents, and students. This is a great club that you can join with your child or grandchild. We meet after school every other Monday through the spring. This year, we will meet in the garden as much as possible and end the year with a garden party on June 11th. No experience is necessary.
We are looking for one representative for each grade level to help the students plant their garden beds. We also need families to sign up for a week in the summer to harvest vegetables and weed. I received hundreds of seeds from Heirloom Market and hope to start seedlings soon and get the beds planted in early May. Please consider helping the school through our amazing rooftop garden.
